Howie Roseman is the Brother to Love

NFL

Howie Roseman is the General Manager of the Eagles organization. Currently the Eagles sit at the top of the NFL with a record of 7-0 in a professional league that has a lot of competition. This team, led by Jalen Hurts, has taken over the league by making themselves a run heavy offense, but molding Jalen Hurts to a better decision maker and precision passer. Jalen Hurts did not have a lack luster season last year, but the season was not as desireable as a fan would want from their quarterback. Jalen Hurt’s passer rating was a mere 77.6, and really didn’t see the field well. Currently, as the eagles are averaging 28 points per game, Jalen Hurt’s passer rating is currently at 107.8.

So, what does Howie Roseman have to do with the success of the Eagle’s starting quarterback? Well since Howie signed his own contract extension, he has put together a great team of wide receivers to catch the football and a powerful offensive line to protect the future quarterback. The beast of AJ Brown has been unleashed after rescuing him from Tennessee and the offensive line has been improved after draft as we are aging.

Howie Roseman with the clap BACK

However, the biggest question that needs to be answered is the salary we will have to pay for Jalen Hurts after this season! Jalen Hurts is looking like Russel Wilson throughout his early years with the Seahawks. The beautiful passing display has made it difficult for the Eagles to deny Hurts of a long term contract, but with the rising QB salaries being the standard, it’s hard to tell the future of the Eagles players because of all the talent.

To be honest, I can’t see the Eagles having as a productive season in the future as they are now if Jalen doesn’t let some salary cap money stay on the table, but that is all up to Howie Roseman and Jalen Hurts. Due to salary cap reasons, we won’t be able to keep such a high powered talented defense if Jalen gets a big payday and we will have to rely on draft picks to propel us forward against very talented teams. Jalen Hurts is a great quarterback, but a team can not be propelled forward by one man as you can see with Aaron Rodgers.

Antonio Should Be Cut

Antonio Brown should be cut from the patriots and ultimately suspended from the league indefinitely. The NFL is a business, which means technically the players are employees. If an employee was to call a manager a cracker, he would be gone immediately. He would never be able to hold a professional job with them ever again and no longer able to use that job as a reference. Why should AB be put on a pedestal with all of these flagrant allegations? Simple.

Patriots have no morals when it comes to making money and getting Super bowls. It’s the worst part about making money for a franchise. No morals, no regrets, and no care for anyone, but the franchise. The NFL has let the patriots get away with so much over the years from the beginning of the tuck rule,to the spying on other practices, to knowingly letting players play as they charged with doing drugs, to their own CEO Robert Kraft getting caught with hookers. The patriots seems like they want to gather all of the degenerates together on one team and see how they will win. Under Tom Brady and Bill it seems to be working out for them quite nicely as they have won 6 Super bowls so far.

Let me know in the comments if AB should be out of the league for his allegations thus far, or if he deserve another chance. Drop an Email as well to get these updates.

Jags Versus Titans

The Titans are looking decent this year. They have the chance to do big things this year with the schedule that they have and the young talent that are beginning to sprout during games. Corey Davis and AJ Brown should be able to put up some decent numbers tonight, but the real star that could go off is Derrick Henry. Derrick should be classified as a giant in the NFL and should put up some great numbers tonight against the Jags. The Jags defense seems to get very frustrated when an offense hits the end zone early, which ultimately leads to a downward spiral on both sides of the all for the team.

If Derrick Henry can hit the hole and show his power early to wear down the defense, the Titans could win this game. On the other hand, the Jags have a beastly bruiser back named Leonard Fournette. Fournette often times looks for contact like Ezkiel Elliot, but doesn’t have as much success as Zeke because of the jags offensive line. However, Fournette will have some success running the ball as Fournette can only be stopped by injuries alone. Fournette has been known to get hot in games and seem to walk over anyone in his path. I think the jags have a stronger team than they believe, but the titans will hit them early with their unexpected explosive offense. I think Marcus will target AJ Brown the most until Jalen Ramsey is forced to cover him. Then Derrick Henry will take over from there.

Game: 28-14 Titans

Where The Top Corner Back In The League Belong?

Jalen Ramsey has the type of talent at corner back that hasn’t been seen since the Dion Sanders Era. However don’t mistake his physique and talent for Dion’s because they are totally different. Dion sanders is the best Defensive back that ever stepped foot on the Football Field. The legend is rumored to have ran a 4.21 in the 40 yard dash at a combine, but the verifiable time seems to be 4.27. Either way Jalen Ramsey is not up to that type of speed, but mirrors his defensive back skills and technical expertise to Dion’s. Jalen came into the league blazing as he talked the loudest and backed it up with his game on the field.

Jalen Ramsey currently for his career on Defense has:

Interceptions: 9

Tackles: 178

TFL(Tackle For Loss): 2

Fumbles: 0

Fumble Recoveries:0

By paper, his stats look really good, but it’s even better knowing that he was on a team that struggled heavily on offense, which meant the defense had to take the field most of the time. Jalen Ramsey put himself at risk of getting burned by speedy receivers such as Odell, D.Hopkins, and the cheetah, Tyreek Hill. However, he has not strayed away from any receiver in the league as he follows them for the majority of the game. Jalen’s talented, but is he the most talented corner in the game today?

The answer is no.

The Best corner in the league currently is Patrick Peterson, but Jalen is definitely a close second.

Being the second most talented corner, where should he go if given the opportunity? what teams need a 25 year old loud mouth corner back on their team to make them better?

Teams that need a corner:

  • Cardinals
  • Chargers
  • Chiefs
  • Raiders
  • Packers
  • Eagles
  • Jets
  • Dolphins
  • Ravens
  • Bills
  • Buccaneers
  • Colts
  • Bengals
  • Titans
(Let me know if I left a team out)

TOP 2 PICKS

In my opinion the eagles secondary is the worst in the league. The defensive line pushes nearly any offensive line on their back, but that secondary can’t cover any receiver if they were in handcuffs. Jalen would change that and most likely become the leader of the defense there with his attitude and tenacity.

Chiefs could become the new dynasty if they pick up Jalen because of their highly talented offense and their newly rebuilt defense that has shown some flicker of potential already. The honey badger Tyran does not give up on a play at safety and Jalen will only improve the defense as the chiefs continue to roll into the playoffs each year.

College Football Top 4 Playoff Teams

  • Clemson– Clemson looks decent this year, but the team can’t fair well with Trevor Lawrence having the same number of touchdowns as he does interceptions(5). It’s hard to see Clemson winning it all again this year if Trevor Lawrence leads the team without being the same offensive juggernaut that we saw last year. However, their easy schedule might assist them with staying healthy as they make a run to the playoffs.
  • Alabama– Coach Saint Nick is constantly a threat for any team in college football. His mindset and game plan for his team is similar to Bill Belicheck, which also correlates to the success that the program has had over the years. Not only is Nick Saban one of the greatest coaches in college football, but Alabama also recruits multiple 5 star athletes each year from around the country. Alabama is constantly under the watchful eye of the NFL so it wouldn’t be much of a surprise for most student athlete to go there, but it makes it nearly impossible for other schools to win a National Championship with so much talent in one place.

Georgia– Has always been a talented team through out the years and have produced some of the greatest players in the NFL today. Todd Gurley, Sony Michel, and Melvin Gordon are just a few players coming out of the University of GA that has mad a huge impact on the NFL. However they are no longer there and GA has to continue to work had if they want to be contenders in the national championships. Although Alabama and the Georgia Bulldogs are in the same conference, Georgia doesn’t have to see Alabama this year unless they make it to the National Playoffs. Georgia plays a tough opponent this Saturday against nationally ranked #7 school Notre Dame, which could honestly make or break Georgia’s entire chances of potentially winning a national championship this year.
  • LSU– In my opinion, LSU has one of the greatest football teams in the country, which is why they sit as number 4 as the nationally ranked team. Great athletes such as Odell and Leonard Fournette came from this school and went to the NFL to become greats. However, this year they have one of the toughest schedules in college football. #12 ranked Texas, #9 ranked Florida, #8 ranked Auburn, #2 ranked Alabama, and #17 ranked Texas a&m. One Football team having to face 5 top 25 ranked teams in a single season, while the top 2 schools have to only see at most 3 this season. It seems very unfair and unlikely that LSU will even see the national football playoffs with the battles up ahead.

Mr. Big Checks

Antonio Brown Won’t make the Hall Of Fame

In my opinion, baseball is America’s pastime, but football is truly America’s passion

Howie Long

Antonio Brown Won’t see the hall of fame due to his antics as an Adult Football player making MILLIONS upon Millions of dollars each season. If you are not familiar with the NFL, every player has an immediate goal. One of those immediate goals is to play and win the Superbowl. However, the chances of actually winning a Superbowl are even slimmer than reaching the NFL in the first place. To compare the frustrations of reaching the Superbowl in the NFL to the common man. It is like playing the Mega Millions every day for your entire life just to see the words sorry you’re not a winner every time you scan the paper. It is that hard, but some players actually do win!( You have to be in it to win it) Which brings me to my next point, Antonio Brown left the raiders to join the Patriots in order to better his chances of winning a Superbowl.

His chances of winning a Superbowl increased dramatically after joining a future hall of fame quarterback by the name of Tom Brady. I am not a fan of Tom Brady but his greatness is respectable. Tom Brady is really the Simon Cowell of American Idol, you hate him, but his wittiness and comebacks are impressive on the big stage. Not to mention that this man Tom Brady has a history of reaching and winning the Superbowl multiple times. Tom has hall of fame potential because he has never engaged in any unnecessary off the field issues nor had any problems with the team. However, Antonio Brown has done the following before even stepping on the field with his previous team:

  • Some how had his feet Frost Bitten
  • Complain and threaten to retire from the NFL for not being able to use his old helmet for the rest of the year
  • Not showing up to practices even though he is the star of the offense
  • CALLING THE GENERAL MANAGER A CRACKER
  • Now a case for sexual assault

I don’t know about you, but if anyone offered me 30 million guaranteed to do my job no matter if I do my job poorly or excel based on my previous track record, then I would like to think that I’d put my best foot forward just based off of professional courtesy.

Brown says that it was his plan to give up 30 million to land with the patriots, but why not just go to the patriots in the first place? Why cause so many problems and make yourself look bad in the process? His behavior, which is being seen by those that look up to him. It’s really ashamed for a talented player to act in such a manner when his potential hasn’t even peaked yet.
